Privacy policy

Short version: we collect the minimum needed to sell you a kit and support you — an email address and a purchase record. No ad trackers, no data resale, and you can ask us to delete your data any time.
What we collect
When you buy a kit, Stripe collects your email address and payment details to process the transaction. We receive your email address and purchase record so we can deliver your license and provide support. We never see your card number.
When you join a waitlist or request an audit report, we collect the email address (and optionally the website URL) you submit — for that purpose only.
When you use the free tools on this site, the URL or file you submit is processed to produce your result. Search Console exports you run through the Striking Distance tool are analyzed and not retained.
Your theme preference (light/dark) is stored in your browser's localStorage. It never leaves your device.
What we don't do
We don't sell or share your data with third parties for their marketing. We don't run third-party advertising or tracking pixels. We don't send you marketing email you didn't ask for — waitlist and purchase emails are about the thing you signed up for.
Who processes data for us
Stripe processes payments (see Stripe's privacy policy). Our site and backend run on standard cloud hosting infrastructure, which may log requests (IP address, user agent) for security and reliability.
How long we keep it
Purchase records are kept for as long as we need to honor your license, refunds, and legal obligations. Waitlist emails are kept until the launch they relate to, or until you ask us to delete them.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time what data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (except records we're legally required to keep). Email support@kitsforclaude.com and we'll handle it.
