Terms of service

Short version: you buy a kit once, it's yours to use on your own projects forever with free updates, you can't resell it, and if it's not for you we refund you within 7 days, no questions asked.
What you're buying
kitsforclaude sells digital products: kits of agents, skills, and commands that install into Claude Code. A purchase is a one-time payment for the kit named at checkout — currently The Growth Team — including all files delivered at purchase and all future updates to that kit, free, for as long as the product exists.
You need your own Claude Code subscription (Anthropic) to use the kits. We are not affiliated with Anthropic, and your use of Claude Code is governed by Anthropic's own terms.
License
Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the kit on projects you own or work on, on any number of your own machines.
You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publicly republish the kit's files — including repackaging the agents, skills, or commands as part of another product or template. Output the kit produces for your projects (pages, content, audits, code) is yours, with no restrictions.
Refunds
Every purchase comes with a 7-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked. Email support@kitsforclaude.com from the address you bought with and we'll refund you in full.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Prices are in USD and may change over time; the price shown at checkout is what you pay.
No guarantees of outcomes
The kits are tools, not agencies. We publish real numbers from real runs, but search rankings, AI citations, and traffic depend on your product, your content, and factors outside anyone's control. We make no guarantee of specific traffic, ranking, citation, or revenue outcomes.
Liability
The kits are provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your purchase or use of a kit is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page. Continued use of the kits after a change means you accept the updated terms.
